
The Halton Police have released their list of impaired driving cases for last weekend (Friday, July 10th – Monday, July 13th).
During that four-day span, there were nine cases in the region, two involved Milton.
Just after 10:00 p.m. on July 10th, the Halton Police charged a 51-year old Milton man with impaired driving. Officers had been responding to a citizen initiated complaint in the area of Derry Road and Tremaine Road in Milton.

Just after 7:30 p.m. on July 11th, the Halton Police charged a 64-year old man from Mississauga when they responded to a collision. The crash happened in the area of Britannia Road and Sixth Line in Milton.
The Halton Police say they remain committed to road safety through prevention, education, and enforcement initiatives.
Remember, driving under the influence is considered a crime in progress. Call 9-1-1 immediately if you suspect someone of driving impaired.
