Residents can take part in another community cleanup event in Milton ahead of Earth Day.
The initiative is being organized by the Halton Regional Police Service Youth Advisory Council. It aims to bring families together to help reduce litter and keep local spaces clean and safe. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with local officers and earn volunteer hours while making a positive impact in the community.
The cleanup will take place at the Milton Sports Centre on Monday, April 20th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with residents encouraged to register in advance to take part in the event.
Residents can also take part in a month-long community clean-up initiative being held by the Town of Milton here.
The long-running Milton Good Neighbours Day is scheduled for Saturday, May 2nd at 8:00 a.m., with participants gathering at Town Hall to receive supplies and cleanup site assignments.
