Thursday is Halloween!
With the annual holiday falling on a workday, residents need to be prepared for there to be a lot of cars on the road.
Maria Bagdonas is the Chief Operating Officer with Young Drivers of Canada (YD). She says motorists also need to stay focused on the road.
In 2022, FM 101 Milton and YD teamed up for a series of driving tips that range from weather changes to new interchanges on highways:
- Becoming familiar with your vehicle could help you this fall
- Get ready for some heavy traffic this Thanksgiving weekend
- With potential snow in the forecast, consider getting those winter tires
Young Drivers of Canada is Canada’s largest driver training organization. Since 1970, they have grown to 140+ classrooms across Canada, with over 1.3 million students who have graduated from their Young Drivers course. YD does not just offer novice driver training, but also driver improvement, re-testing, fleet training & cognitive training. Learn more here.
