FM 101 Milton and Young Drivers of Canada (YD) have teamed up for a series of driving tips that range from weather changes to new interchanges on highways.
Maria Bagdonas is the Education Manager with YD. She says the holidays always bring an extra bit of danger to the roadways.

She adds that as the temperatures start to drop, it’s nearly time to change your tires over to winter tires. This weekend could be a good time to book your appointment to get the change done.
Expect heavy traffic on the roadways as many residents look to visit family outside the area.
Drivers should always be alert on the roads and have an escape route in case anything goes wrong. You never know when someone will lane change without checking for you in their blind spot.
