When should stores start selling Halloween items?
Reports have popped up with people already finding Halloween items on shelves. Reminder that it’s July 4th today.
Is it too early for the spooky season? When should these items go up for sale? I was thinking after school starts in September. That seems perfect to me.
What do you think?
Let me know!

Daily WTF – Woman arrested for calling 911 to avoid meeting up with man she’d met on dating app
What would you do to avoid a bad date? For one Iowa woman, she called the police. The woman met a man on a dating app. Through the span of a week, they moved to texting and had planned to meet up in person. As he came to the door to pick her up for the date, the woman got cold feet. She dialed 911 and said her abusive ex-boyfriend was trying to get into her house. When police arrived, the man was seen leaving the residence. They placed the man in custody and quickly discovered that she was lying. Officers then let the man go and arrested the woman. She’s now facing two misdemeanor charges. In case you’re wondering: they did not have the date.

QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE Will Be The First Band To Play Concert At Historic Catacombs Of Paris
There might not be anything more heavy metal than playing a live concert inside the Paris Catacombs. Queens of the Stone Age are set to be the first act to do so. If you don’t know, the catacombs lie underneath Paris. They are mass gravesites and are believed to be home to roughly six million corpses. The singer of the band says this is something he’s been trying to do for 18 years, and it’s finally happening. Details on the exact location are still coming out, but it’ll take place in a week’s time, according to the band. They’ll record it and release it online, so, enjoy seeing what might be the most UNIQUE concert of all time.
Lily Allen joins OnlyFans after saying she turns down husband David Harbour’s sex requests
Singer Lily Allen has said enough is enough and that yes, you can see her feet. She has joined OnlyFans and is posting pictures of her feet online. You might think, “that’s an odd thing for a world famous singer to do.” Yes, it is… But there’s a specific reason why she’s doing it. Allen appeared on a podcast last week, and clips of the show blew up online. She talked about how she always turns down her husband, David Harbour’s advances, saying they aren’t into the same things in the bedroom. The conversation then went into how she always gets complimented on her feet all the time when getting her nails done. With these things likely being connected, Allen decided to dive head first and just get paid for the content, I suppose. It’s entirely possible that this is a joke, and she won’t post anything more than what she already has, but she’s charging people $10 a month, so, good for her! I’m just saying, if people wanted to see my feet for $10 a month, I’d easily hop onto that train.
GOOD NEWS – Swimmer who lost part of her leg in shark attack clinches Paralympic Games spot

Last weekend, she clinched a spot on Team USA’s Paralympic Swimming team. She’ll head to Paris this month to go for gold… And that’s some good news!
A town is renaming itself after Taylor Swift to celebrate her upcoming show
Move over Swift Current, Saskatchewan – there’s a new city that’s renaming themselves after Taylor Swift. The singer is heading to Germany this month for her famous Eras Tour, and will play three shows at Gelsenkirchen’s VELTINS-Arena. To celebrate the upcoming event, the city has changed their name to Swiftkirchen, Germany. Signage has gone up throughout the community to mark the change. It will be in effect until the shows are completed. Who knows, if they like it enough, maybe they’ll just keep it.
David Crosby might be your dad
Do you know who your dad is? I mean, do you REALLY know who your dad is? Many people found out later in life that they’re actually adopted, or that their biological is actually a random sperm donor. For some people in the world, that random donor might actually be famous rock singer David Crosby. You see, back in the day, Melissa Etheridge and her husband were struggling with conceiving. They considered using a sperm donor, and through an agreement, their good friend David Crosby became that donor. Thing is, it appears as though Crosby did a bit more donating than just that one time, as Etheridge’s daughter is finding biological half-siblings all around the world. So, again, I’ll ask: do you know who your dad is? He might just be David Crosby.
