The schedule for the first round of the 2023-2024 OJHL Playoffs have been released.
After facing off in the final of game of the regular season, the Milton Menace will take on the Burlington Cougars in round one. The two teams split the four games they played this season, both getting two wins:
- Friday, September 29th, Milton (4) vs Burlington (3)
- Friday, December 1st, Milton (2) @ Burlington (5)
- Friday, February 9th, Milton (3) @ Burlington (4)
- Sunday, March 3rd, Milton (6) vs Burlington (1)
The Milton Menace finished their season 2nd in the West Conference with a franchise best 41-12-2-1 record and 85 points.
As for the Burlington Cougars, they placed 7th in the West with a 29-20-1-6 record and 65 points.
Game one will take place at the Milton Memorial Arena on Friday, March 8th. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
Game two will be in Burlington at the Central Arena on Sunday, March 10th. Game time is slated for 3:00 p.m.
It’s a best of seven series with games alternating between home arenas. A time and date for a potential game seven has not be scheduled as of yet.
