The warm weather can be a positive for a lot of people, but it can also mean motorists are speeding more often.
While the Halton Police continue to catch speeders around Milton, not everyone will be stopped by officers. As a gentle reminder for motorists, the Town and Regional Councillors for Milton’s Ward 4, Sarah Marshall and Sameera Ali, have helped organize the annual Slow Down Sign campaign.
On Saturday, June 17th, residents in Milton’s Ward 4 can pick up a sign at the Milton Sports Centre, located at 605 Santa Maria Boulevard. The giveaway starts at 10:00 a.m. and will run until 12:00 p.m.
