The Halton Police is hoping you take water safety seriously.
Their marine unit has reportedly made three rescues involving inflatable rafts and row-boats.
They have offered a few important reminders, including wearing a life jacket, remaining sober on the water, and taking a boating course:

Before you hit the water, remember:

☑️ Boat sober
☑️ Take a boating course
☑️ Prepare your vessel
