It’s not too late to signup for Halton Women’s Place’s 3rd annual Hope in High Heels event.
On Saturday September 15th, men will walk in heels to raise money for the organization.
Regional Councillor, Mike Cluett, has used his platform to raise awareness on the issues of abuse against women.
He says the organization helps women and families in need against many different types of abuse.
Cluett says it’s important for both women and men to understand and take action on this issue.
He says he’s especially pleased to have community member’s such as Troy’s Diner supporting the cause.
So if you want to be part of the solution, be sure to get involved in Hope in High Heels.
