Happy Birthday, to the myMILTON mobile app!
Its been just over one year since its launch, with over 8,500 downloads and 600 new users each month.
It’s a popular tool for everything from planning recreation, paying a parking ticket, or checking Town of Milton news.
The Click & Fix widget allows users to instantly report a problem, providing location coordinates and the option to include a photo of the issue.
Since the launch of the app the Town has received close to 1,000 service requests from residents reporting such issues as fallen trees, graffiti, and park maintenance.
On April 6th, the Town added the parking widget and residents can now register for a street parking exception or pay their parking directly from their mobile device.
The myMILTON app is an example of how the Town is investing in innovation and technology to enhance customer services.
