Heads up to any residents looking to hit the slopes tonight, Glen Eden is closing early.
The local ski hill says the closure is due to an ongoing electrical issue. The issue affected the updraft chairlift. Instead of remaining open into the evening hours, Glen Eden has announced that it will close at 5:00 p.m. for the second day in a row.
It expects to open on Saturday with regular hours.
Please note that, due to an electrical issue, Glen Eden will close at 5pm today (Friday, February 11). If you purchased a lift ticket or lesson this evening, you should have received an email from Visitor Services.
