Guelph Police car
A Guelph male is facing charges after he was caught on video filling up a stolen car in November.
The man rolled into a gas station in the area of Stone Road West and Scottsdale Drive just after 1:00 p.m. on November 6th. He pumped gas into an Audi motor vehicle which had been reported stolen from the Halton Region.
Guelph Police Service officers recognized the male from previous interactions and also knew him to be a prohibited driver. A 25-year-old Guelph man was arrested on Tuesday, January 11th and is charged with possessing stolen property and driving while disqualified.
He will appear in a Guelph bail court on Friday, January 14th.
