An Adjala-Tosorontio man is facing charges following a disturbance at the New Tecumseth Town Hall building.
Police were called regarding an incident around 10:45 Tuesday (dec7) morning.
The Town Hall building located on Wellington Street in Alliston was put on a lock down until officers could locate the person in question.
Nottawasaga OPP say as a result of their investigation, a 44 year old man has been arrested and charged with Uttering Threats.
The lockdown was lifted just before 1pm.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court next month.
