An Elmvale man is facing charges after police responded to a call about someone who appeared to be unconscious dangling from a crane.
South Simcoe Police say on Monday (nov22) afternoon they discovered a man had been operating a boom lift, had fallen from the basket and was dangling from his safety
harness.
Officers say the man was attaching Christmas lights to storefronts at Friday Harbour Resort at the time of the incident.
A 38 year old man was brought down from the bucket and was cleared medically.
However Police say he has since been charged with Impaired Operation and his license suspended for 90 days.
