The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is reporting 21 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in South Simcoe in the last day (nov 18).
6 each in Bradford West Gwillimbury and Innisfil, 5 in Essa and 2 each in Adjala-Tosorontio and New Tecumseth.
There were 75 confirmed cases in Simcoe County, with 38 of those located in Barrie.
There are now 94 active cases in South Simcoe, up 19 since Thursday (nov 18) with 5 cases in hospital which is unchanged.
The health unit now shows 88% of eligible residents of Simcoe Muskoka have had their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine with 84% fully vaccinated.
