The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is reporting 21 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in South Simcoe over the weekend (nov 5-7).

There were 99 confirmed cases in Simcoe County, 59 of which were in Barrie.
There are now 78 active cases in South Simcoe, up 16 since Friday (nov 5) with 7 cases in hospital which is unchanged.
The health unit still shows 87% of eligible residents of Simcoe Muskoka have had their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine with 83% now fully vaccinated.
