Beginning Wednesday (nov 10) Stevenson Memorial Hospital’s COVID-19 Assessment Centre will be booking same day testing.
Patients who require a test will be required to call the booking centre on the day they need the test done to register for a same day appointment.
Spots will be reserved for those with upcoming surgeries and planned inductions.
The phones will be answered 7am to 3pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The centre however will operate from 9am to 5pm.
