UPDATE:
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says that 15-year-old William Hubbard has been located.
He had gone missing on October 29th. He was believed to be heading towards downtown Hamilton.
This was the second time in a month that Hubbard had been reported missing. The HRPS says he his in good health.
All photos of Hubbard have been removed at the request of the Halton Police.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) needs your help in finding a missing teenager.
15-year-old William Hubbard was last seen in Burlington on the evening of Friday, October 29. He was believed to be heading towards the downtown Hamilton area.
He was wearing the clothes shown in the photo above:
- a red toque, black jacket, black pants, red Nike high-top running shoes and a dark backpack.
Hubbard is described by the HRPS as:
- white with a slender build. He has blue eyes and long dirty blonde hair
This is the second time in a month that Hubbard has been reported as missing.
Anyone with information regarding this investigation is asked to contact the 3 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4777 ext. 2316.
