Simcoe County is set to go ahead with the wheeled cart system beginning Monday (nov 1).
Warden George Cornell says he has heard the concerns about the new carts and County Council has made provisions for you to exchange your large waste carts for a smaller ones
He says there is a reason Simcoe County made the change
The County will exchange those the garbage and recycling carts to ones that are equal in size to the new organics cart.
Carts can be exchanged free of charge until July, after that, there will be a $50 charge delivery charge.
