Residents who live on or near Base Borden can expect some noise next week.
Members of the Canadian Forces Logistics Training Centre will be conducting controlled detonations beginning Monday (oct18) and that will run through to Saturday
(oct23).
Rigorous safety standards will be observed and members of the Canadian Armed Forces assure that at no time will this training exercise pose a threat to residents.
Upwards of 20 detonations are expected to take place daily between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
