Innisfil is getting a robot to help with winter sidewalk clearing.
The Town has partnered with Swap Robotics for a pilot project in Cookstown
Nicole Bowman the Director of Operations with the Town.
She says at first the Snowbot to be accompanied by a human chaperone.
Innisfil residents are being asked to help name the Snowbot with the the winner getting a $100 gift card to a local restaurant of their choice.
Submissions will be taken until October 31
