UPDATE
An update has been released on the whereabouts of 25-year-old Phillipe Richardson.
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says that Richardson has been found Richardson. The report says he was located safely.
The HRPS thanks the public for helping in the search. Any pictures of Richardson have been removed at the request of the Halton Police.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for 25-year-old Phillipe Richardson.
He was last seen boarding an eastbound GO train from the Oakville station on Sunday, October 3rd, at 9:17 p.m..
The HPRS describes Richardson as Black, 6’2″, 305lbs with black hair and black facial hair wearing a black jacket, white robe, grey shirt and shorts and blue and white shoes.
