The Halton Regional Police Service is looking for four suspects in a liquor theft case.
The four men stole $473 worth of liquor from the LCBO on Fairview Street in Burlington on Tuesday, May 4th at roughly 1:40 p.m.. Upon entering the store, the suspects took a store shopping cart and went to the Scotch aisle. They proceeded to select five bottles of The Glenlivet 12 YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
The four men then went to the beer fridge. Suspect #1 and Suspect #3 proceeded to conceal the five bottles into their backpacks. It appears that Suspect #4 kept watch. This concealment process was interrupted by an employee. All four suspects then proceeded to the front of the store and exited the store without making any efforts to pay for the five bottles.
The HRPS describes the four suspects:
Suspect #1: Male, East Indian, in 20’s, approximately 5’8 and 150lbs., black hair, wearing a blue coat, black jeans and grey shoes. The suspect had a black coloured backpack. The suspect was wearing a medial mask PPE.
Suspect #2: Male, East Indian, in 20’s, black hair, approximately 5’8 and 145lbs., wearing an orange coloured vest with a white untucked dress shirt underneath and brown coloured dress pants. The suspect was wearing a medical mask PPE.
Suspect #3: Male, East Indian, in 20’s, black hair, approximately 5’4. and 145lbs., wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and white running shoes. The suspect had a black coloured backpack. The suspect was wearing a medical mask PPE.
Suspect #4: Male, East Indian, in 20’s, black hair, approximately 5’8 and 180lbs., wearing a puffy red vest, a black sweater underneath and black jeans. The suspect was wearing a medical mask PPE with a Canada Flag on it.
