The Halton Regional Police Service is investigating a series of offensive graffiti incidents in Burlington.
The initial report came in the morning of Sunday, May 9th.
The HRPS says that “Profane language and slurs were painted with blue spray paint on businesses, residences and bus shelters located on the 2200 – 2400 blocks of New Street.” It’s believed the damage was done sometime overnight from May 8th to May 9th.
No suspect descriptions were given.
No further information regarding the nature of slurs or profane language used has been provided.
Police are appealing to anyone that may have witnessed these incidents or has any relevant information to contact the 3 District Community Mobilization Bureau at 905-825-4777 ext. 5355.
