The Halton Regional Police Service is looking for a male suspect linked to a liquor theft in Georgetown.
On Sunday, May 9th, at 5:28 p.m., the suspect attended the LCBO store located at 236 Guelph Street. The man entered the store and selected a store hand basket. He grabbed eleven bottles of alcohol with a total value of $708.40. He placed the bottles into the store hand basket. The suspect then travelled to the front of the store, going through cash register #5. He made no attempts to pay for the eleven bottles in the hand basket. He reportedly said “sorry” to the CSR and exited the store.
The HRPS describes the man as:
- Male, White, small build, shaved head, approximately 5’5″ and 160 lbs., appears to be in 40’s, wearing a black vest, a red hoodie with white logo/picture underneath, dark blue jeans and black running shoes with green stripes. The suspect had a medical mask PPE.
