UPDATE:
The Halton Regional Police says that a 42-year-old Toronto man is dead following a vehicle rollover.
The crash happened on 5 Sideroad, west of Trafalgar Road, in Halton Hills at roughly 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4th. The driver, an 18-year-old Brampton woman, sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital for precautionary treatment. The Toronto man was a passenger in the vehicle.
The Collision Reconstruction Unit attended the scene and is working on the investigation. The HRPS says preliminary information suggested that the vehicle, a grey Chevrolet Malibu, was travelling westbound on 5 Sideroad when it left the roadway, struck a tree and rolled over into the ditch. The cause of the collision is currently under investigation.
Any witnesses to the collision, who have not yet spoken to police, are requested to contact the Collision Reconstruction Unit at (905) 825-4747 extension 5065.

The Halton Regional Police Service is reporting a fatal single vehicle collision at 5 Sideroad and Trafalgar Road in Halton Hills.
A passenger in the vehicle has been transported to hospital with minor injuries.
5 Sideroad between Sixth Line and Trafalgar Road will remain closed while the Collision Reconstruction Unit investigates.
Residents are asked to avoid the area in the meantime.
