A section of Tremaine Road was closed over the weekend due to a car fire.
The Halton Police says the fire on Sunday evening shut down Tremaine between Britannia Road and Lower Base Line.
Residents were asked to avoid the area as emergency crews went to work. The roads reopened about an hour later.
No injuries from the fire were reported.
