The Director of Community Engagement for the Townsend Smith Hospice Foundation, Kate Holmes, says the growing number is a win-win for everyone.
The weekly lottery is now consistently reaching more than $500. That means five tickets for $10 could win you $600 just like that!
This is the second go-around for the Townsend Smith Foundation and the weekly 50/50 draw. Some of the previous winners this year have been:

The Townsend Smith Foundation is also getting ready for its Hike For Hospice event on Saturday, May 1st. The organization held its 2020 event last fall and crushed all expectations with its first attempt at going virtual. With a goal of $5,000, the Foundation wound up raising more than $20,000. All proceeds raised by the Townsend Smith Hospice Foundation are going towards their ultimate goal of bringing a hospice to North Halton. It is their mission to provide close-to-home palliative care to residents.
