We have a winner for an April LOTTO MAX jackpot.
Last week it was reported that one of two winning tickets was sold in Burlington. Residents Chelsea Prince and Mercy Roldan claimed their winnings, earning $15,231,359.10 together.
The two work friends have been playing for about eight years and have big plans for the money.
Chelsea plans to purchase a new home with her share of the winnings. “I am looking for something with a nice yard for my dogs, a garage and a big workshop!”
Mercy plans to pay for her children’s education. “They can follow their dreams and not have to worry about the limitations of their budget… I am so blessed to be able to give them a better start to their life.”
Chelsea and Mercy say they would also like to take a trip when it’s safe to celebrate their win together.
Their winning ticket was purchased at Super Convenience on Plains Road in Burlington.
