The Halton Police has charged a former Burlington family doctor with sexual assault charges.
The HRPS arrested and charged 60-year-old Scott Musson on Saturday, March 13th. He is facing:
- Sexual Assault (2 counts)
- Sexual Interference (2 counts)
The victim was a youth at the time of the assaults which occurred between 1997 and 1998.
At that time, Musson was a practicing doctor with an office located at 500 Elizabeth Street in Burlington.
Musson was also involved with youth programs at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 2366 Headon Road in Burlington.
Investigators believe there may be additional victims.
