The Halton Regional Police Service is searching for suspects in connection to a robbery at a Georgetown convenience store.
The Daisy Mart is located at the intersection of Delrex Boulevard and Mountainview Road. The two male suspects approached the employee on Thursday, January 14th at roughly 8:20 p.m. and demanded for money. Once the suspects got the cash, they ran westbound from the store.
The following descriptions have been provided by the Halton Police:
- Suspect #1 – Male, black, approx. 20 yrs., wearing dark clothing, balaclava and gloves.
- Suspect #2 – Male, white, approx. 20 yrs., wearing dark clothing.
No pictures have been provided.
Police are requesting that if anyone was in the area at the time of this incident and may have seen something or has dash camera footage to contact Detective Mike Maltar of the 1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4747 ext. 2417.
