Conservation Halton is holding its annual Christmas tree drop off this weekend.
It will be collecting trees that will be used for restoration projects this coming spring.
It’ll be done in a drive-thru style at the Conservation Halton headquarters at 2596 Britannia Road in Burlington. Staff will be directing traffic through the drop off zone. CH says it will be an entirely contactless and physically distanced experience. It adds that for health and safety reasons, staff are unable to assist donors with unloading trees from vehicles.
The drop off starts at 9:00 a.m. and runs until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9th.
