A candle is being recalled due to being a possible fire hazard.
Health Canada says 3,103 of the Revive 3-wick soy candle have been sold in Canada. The scents affected are the ‘Winter Cedar’ and ‘Warm Spiced Latte’ candles. The affected products were sold from November 2020 to December 2020.
The issue is that the surface of the wax can reportedly be ignited by the flame on the wick, posing fire and burn hazards.
If you own one of these candles, you’re asked to stop using them. You should cut the three wicks as short as possible and dispose of the candle immediately.
