A Milton resident is facing an impaired driving charge.
On Wednesday, December 23rd, just before 6:00 p.m., Halton Police officers responded to a collision in the area of Steeles Avenue East and Hornby Road in Halton Hills. As a result of an investigation, a 74-year old Milton resident was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
Remember, driving under the influence is considered a crime in progress. Call 9-1-1 immediately if you suspect that someone on the road is driving impaired.
