A 16th Milton resident is dead reportedly from COVID-19.
The death is connected to the Allendale outbreak. It marks the 11th death at the LTCH since the outbreak began on November 13th. All 11 deaths have been residents. There have been 61 total cases at Allendale. 50 of them have been residents, eight are staff members, and three are not yet specified.
Across Halton, there are 75 new cases. That brings the total number to 4328 cases. With 3799 resolved cases, and now 76 deaths, Halton has 453 active cases.
In Milton, there are 29 new cases. The total number is 1300 cases. With the 16 deaths and 1147 resolved cases, Milton is at 137 active cases.
Burlington continues to be the Halton municipality with the highest active case count with 154. Milton is second, Oakville is third with 135 active cases, and Halton Hills is fourth with 27.
