Halton’s Regional Council is meeting today.
Some of the topics on the agenda include the Regional Medical Officer of Health providing an update on COVID-19. That will also lead to an update on the mandatory mask bylaw.
Milton’s Regional Councillor for Ward 1, Colin Best, is also looking forward to hearing about long term care funding.
The meeting is expected to run for a good portion of the day. It starts at 9:30 a.m. and previous Regional Council meetings have run well into the afternoon.
