There’s a clean-up event that you can attend tomorrow. (Saturday, September 26th)
Sustainable Milton is holding the event for the second weekend in a row. Last week was held in honour of World Clean-Up Day.
If you’d like to take part and are under the age of 18, there are some forms needed to register:
Fill them out and bring them to the site, near the intersection of Menefy Place on Fourth Line, at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. Keep an eye out for a registration table.
Gloves and garbage bags will be provided by the Town of Milton, but what should you bring? Sustainable Milton provided the following list:
- Mask;
- Water;
- Comfortable closed-toe walking shoes;
- Wear something blue if you can to help identify the clean-up volunteers;
- Your sense of fun and adventure!
