Ontario’s police watchdog is investigating after a car that was being pursued by police was involved in a multi-vehicle crash.
Three people were injured in the Milton pileup, including the driver of the Honda Fit that was being pursued by Halton Regional Police officers. You can read more about the collision here.

The Special Investigations Unit says the officers believed the car was connected to a break-in in the community early Sunday morning.
The car later crashed into a pickup truck and another car, and investigators are now seeking witnesses to the incident.
