A U-S company is looking to buy Cogeco Inc. and Cogeco Communications Inc..
Altice USA Inc., out of New York, has made a $10.3 billion offer to the communications company.
Reports also have Rogers being the benefactor to the Canadian assets of Cogeco.
That sequential deal would be worth just under $4.9 billion.
