The latest list of impaired drivers has been released by the Halton Police.
Between Monday, August 24th and Friday, August 28th, there were five impaired driving cases in the region.
One of those cases involved Milton.
On August 24th , just before 10:30 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of James Snow Parkway South and Trudeau Drive in Milton.
As a result of an investigation, a 41 year old of Milton was charged with impaired driving.
Remember, driving under the influence is considered a crime in progress.
