The Town of Milton received $50,000 from the Federal Government.
Last month the Federal Government announced that there were eight asset management initiatives announced across Canada.
The Town of Milton was one of those communities.
The funding will go towards the Town’s asset management plan which includes replacement cost and condition, current levels of service being provided, and future investments in programs.
The Municipal Asset Management Program is designed to help communities across Canada strengthen infrastructure investment decisions based on reliable data.
