The Halton Regional Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit (I.C.E.) were made aware of a user that created multiple accounts on a social media and messaging app to access child sexual abuse material.
As a result of this investigation Ian Twigg (31) of Milton was arrested on June 18, 2020 and charged with possession of child pornography.
The accused was held pending a bail hearing.
It should be noted that the accused used a number of social media applications, and utilized several usernames including “Tray3757”, “eazzy890” and “Toybug90”.
