COVID-19 testing at Halton Healthcare center will be done by appointment now.
In a press release, Halton Healthcare says that they are taking appointments to ensure the safety of patients.
The centers are located at Georgetown Hospital, Milton District Hospital, and Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
Individuals can book their test or be referred to a COVID-19 Assessment Centre by a physician or Halton Region Public Health.
All bookings for the Halton Healthcare COVID-19 Assessment Centres are received through a central intake phone line dedicated to this purpose.
Residents of Oakville, Milton and Halton Hills can call the COVID-19 Hotline at 905-203-7963 to book an appointment.
