Halton Police are searching for a reported aggressive driver.
They say the driver is responsible for forcing another vehicle off the road.
The victim then hit a tree.
The incident happened earlier this week on Derry Road in Milton, just east of Walkers Line.
The suspected vehicle is described as a dark coloured SUV.
