The Halton Police have released their list of impaired drivers for Saturday, May 9th.
There were two incidents of impaired driving that day, one involved Milton.
Just after 12:30 a.m., the Halton Police responded to a collision in the area of Fifth Line and 25 Side Road in Milton. They charged a 78-year old Rockwood resident for impaired driving and failure to comply with a demand.
The Halton Police say they remain committed to road safety through prevention, education, and enforcement initiatives.
Remember, driving under the influence is considered a crime in progress. Call 9-1-1 immediately if you suspect someone of driving impaired.
