The Town of Milton will still be doing there spring cleaning this year.
The town announced that the focus for spring maintenance this year is to maintain community assets, ensure legislative requirements are met and protect the health and safety of the community.
Spring tree planting has been rescheduled to the fall. Planting of annual flower beds will not occur and each of the beds will be mulched to suppress weeds.
All park amenities such as playgrounds, sports fields, skate parks, sports courts and park gazebos remain closed until further notice under the provincial emergency orders.
If you do go outdoors for physical activity, please maintain physical distancing of two metres apart from others, including and any Town staff you may come across.
