We are well over a month since the Town of Milton and Region of Halton declared a state of emergency with COVID-19.
While there was an adjustment period, Regional Councillor for Ward 3, Mike Cluett, says that people are getting the message.
Cluett adds that he has been impressed with the amount of work that is being done by the business community.
There seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel, according to Cluett.
