
A Milton man has been arrested by the Halton Police for child pornography.
In February, the Halton Police Service’s Internet Child Exploitation Unit were told about a Facebook user who was using groups to make arrangements to sexually assault a child.
56 year old Bradley Munroe was arrested on April 27th and faces the following charges:
– making an agreement or arrangement to sexually assault a child.
– possession of child porn
– distribution of child porn
He was held pending a bail hearing.
Munoe used a number of social media apps under the names of Brad Munroe and “BJ.”
Halton Regional Police Service reminds parents of the importance of monitoring your child’s online social media presence, and having a conversation with them about internet safety and the disclosure of personal information.
