In Regina, 14 people are facing charges as the result of enforcement action at one picket line.
One of the 14 is 61-year old Jerome Dias of Milton.
He has been charged with mischief under $5,000.
The arrests came on Monday, January 20th after picketers had blocked vehicles from entering and exiting the property.
This was after a court order had laid out the terms of engagement for both negotiating sides.
Dias is scheduled to make his first appearance in Provincial Court on Wednesday, February 26th.
