Join a group of women as they aim to raise $10,000 for a Milton based charity in less than one hour.
Tonight is the first quartlerly meeting of 100 Womem Who Care Milton.
They come together to hear three short presentations from local nonprofits in need.
After the members vote, a $100 cheque is written by each member directed to the awarded charity.
Tonight’s meeting is at the Re/Max Centre at 345 Steeles Avenue East in Milton.
Registration starts at 6:15p.m., with the meeting officially kicking off at 6:30p.m..
Past recipients include the Infant Food Bank and the Milton Special Olympics.
The charities will be announced at the event.
